Mandarin liqueur

The base of this liqueur is the result of a distillation of mandarin peels in our period stills. A touch of cognac enhances the sweetness and bitterness of this fruit. To be drunk neat, on ice or of course in cocktails, it goes particularly well with a tonic (1/3-2/3), but also on fruit salads and chocolate desserts.
