Absinthe L'Entêté
In 2010, with his characteristic stubbornness and after lengthy negotiations, Franck Choisne succeeded in having the 1988 decree banning the use of fennel in absinthe production amended. Yet fennel is an essential element in the distillery's authentic and historic recipes. To mark this historic achievement, in 2012 Franck Choisne created L'Entêté, a green absinthe naturally colored with chlorophyll.

En 2012, le Maître Distillateur élabore L’Entêté ; une absinthe verte naturellement colorée à la chlorophylle. Neuf ingrédients au total la composent pour lui donner sa jolie couleur vert tendre presque amande, son nez de fenouil et d’anis suivi d’une bouche équilibrée entre la douceur du fenouil et la puissance fleurie de la grande absinthe. Soulignée d’une très légère amertume finissant sur l’anis, L’Entêté est étonnante de complexité.
